I'm new around here, What product should I begin with?We at Jaq's Witchy Ways are firm believers in developing your own practice and following what you're drawn to. Get curious, and have fun! All of our items that are handmade by Jaq such as our oils, washes, charm bags, powders, and ritual candles; come with printed instructions, uses & tips & tricks, written by Jaq. So that upon receiving your new magical items, you never feel at a loss or confused. Jaq believes in not just supplying the tools to help others in their practice, but also helping them to develop their knowledge and connection to their craft. Some of our bestsellers include; Oceano spiritual cleansing oil, Deadly Desires attraction oil, and our mystery witch kits, which are custom curated & designed by Jaq to help strengthen your practice. What if I have allergies/sensitivities and want to try your oils?I'm so glad you asked! As someone who struggles myself with multiple allergens and sensitivities I live with the same concerns and frustrations. - Jaq. For this reason we offer allergen/sensitivity friendly options at no additional charge. When adding an oil to your cauldron you will be prefaced with the mandatory question "Do you have any allergies?" Please fill out this section with any known herbal, oil, nut, or plant allergens you may have (You do not need to include allergens to medications). So I have to order a custom oil every time? Nope! For example Siren's song uses the carrier oil Avocado, so what if you're allergic to avocados? Continue with adding the Siren's song oil to your cauldron and when prefaced with the mandatory question "do you have any allergies", List avocado. When fulfilling your order Jaq will then custom curate you your very own bottle of Siren's song using a researched safe alternative to the avocado oil. If its an herbal allergy she will make the safest decision to either completely retract or find a safe substitution for said herb. Why don't you provide Ingredient lists? Wouldn't that be easier? The reason we ask clients to provide their allergens instead of listing ingredients is so that we have the peace of mind and knowledge while crafting your items & can also try to avoid cross-contamination (this can not be 100% guaranteed bc we do not have a controlled allergen free environment). As someone who often works with lesser known ingredients, it is common that someone may not realize the reaction they might have to a specific ingredient, due to its close relation to one they are sensitive or allergic to. For example, some people are allergic to cinnamon, and though we do sometimes work with cinnamon, we also work with cassia, which is a lesser known cousin of cinnamon. If the consumer is unaware of this relation and makes the personal decision to proceed with purchasing the item because they perceive it as safe, we could possibly be then unknowingly shipping an oil to them that could cause them a reaction, and we don't want that! Therefor, by providing our team with your allergen/sensitivity list, Our team is able to thoroughly research every ingredient and process of making that oil, and thus make what is in our hopes, the safest alternative for you personally. (Just like providing your server with your allergens before ordering dinner at a restaurant, just so we can make sure we're making appropriate & safe decisions on our end). Am I allowed to message you and ask about a specific ingredient? Of Course! If it makes you more comfortable to message us, asking if something contains lavender and if you'd be able to get an effective substitute for it, we absolutely encourage this and are happy to disclose what products you're inquiring about might contain lavender (example purposes). Jaq has been operating our business this way for almost 3 years and we have yet to ever run into a problem. We have well thought over our decision to not try and "fix what's not broken". How long does shipping usually take?Once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout. On average, USPS and other carriers take 3–10 business days to deliver within the U.S., but delays can happen — especially during peak seasons or inclement weather. If your tracking hasn’t updated in a while, please be patient — packages sometimes go quiet in transit but still arrive safely. We’re always happy to help if you need extra support! For concerns of lost packages you will need to contact the mail courier directly. International shipping can take 2–6 weeks depending on location and customs.

I received my order but something is broken or missing, what do I do?Oh no! I'm so sorry something wasn’t right with your order — I’ll do everything I can to make it right. Please email me at Jaqswitchyways@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery with the following info: Your full name & order number A description of what’s missing or damaged A clear photo of the damaged item and packaging ✨ I inspect and package every order with so much care, but things can happen in transit, as we know. I deeply appreciate your patience, and I promise to take care of you in the best possible way that I can. Please note: All sales are final, but I'm happy to replace items that are damaged or incorrect based on the info provided above.

Do you ship to my country?Yes! We currently offer international shipping with no exclusions — we're so honored to send our work all over the world. Please note: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, VAT, taxes, or import fees charged by their country. These fees are not included in your order total and are determined by your local customs office. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges or how long customs processing may take. We recommend checking with your local postal service or customs office for more information if you’re unsure what to expect. ✨ Thank you for supporting this magic from wherever you are in the world!

When will my order ship?Our current processing time is 2–3 weeks, not including weekends, holidays, or days of sacred spiritual observance. This time allows me (Jaq) to handcraft, prepare, & carefully pack each item with intention and care. Please note: Fulfillment time is not the same as shipping time — once your order is fulfilled and shipped, delivery time depends on the shipping method you selected at checkout. USPS and other carriers may take up to 10 business days to deliver your package for domestic orders, International orders may take anywhere from 15-22 days for shipping, depending on location. You’ll receive an automated confirmation order at the time your order is placed, after which the next automated email you will receive will be a shipping confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order is fulfilled, packed, & ready to be shipped. (Be sure to check your spam or promotions folder if you don’t see it & allow tracking #'s 24-48 hours to update from the time you've received them.) ✨ I’m so grateful for your patience and support! Do you offer Refunds or Returns?Due to the nature of our work & because we are currently an online only shop, we are unable to accept refunds, returns, exchanges at this time. If you have any issues with your order, please contact our team at Jaqswitchywaysteam@gmail.com. Orders may be cancelled and receive a full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours and within the current listed processing time (2-4 weeks) your order may only be qualified for up to and no more than a 75% refund. Customs & preorders are not refundable after 24 hours of purchase.
